Tour Policies & Guidelines
Route Confirmation
- Must confirm all visiting places with our team during booking - we'll advise which points are feasible within your timeframe
- Website shows sample itineraries - final route depends on current conditions, closures, and duration
- Some attractions may be skipped if they're too distant or require excessive travel time
- No arguments accepted after booking regarding places not covered - all confirmations must be done pre-booking
Route Policy
- The tour follows a fixed route sequence (A → B → C). Reordering destinations (like A → C → B) is not permitted.
- You may skip any point but cannot alter the predefined route structure.
- If you choose to end the tour early, full payment is still required without concession.
- No disputes accepted by showing website screenshots after booking - all terms are confirmed during reservation
Meal Breaks
- Driver will stop at designated lunch points (5km reserved radius from main route).
- 30 minutes are allocated for meals - additional time reduces sightseeing time.
- Drivers cannot deviate from route for alternate dining locations unless pre-approved during booking.
Pickup/Drop-off
- Standard service includes pickup and drop-off at the same hotel.
- Different locations (airport/railway station/other hotels) require advance notice and may incur additional charges.
- Unexpected location changes during tour will be charged as per driver's discretion.
Time Management
- You may extend time at any location, but this will reduce time at subsequent destinations.
- If tour cannot be completed due to time extensions, driver will return you to your hotel.
- No time compensation or refunds for unused destinations.
Vehicle Conduct
- Strictly prohibited: Alcohol consumption, pan masala chewing, or smoking without driver's permission.
- Avoid loud conversations/shouting that may distract the driver.
- Driver reserves the right to terminate the tour (without refund) for policy violations.
Dispute Resolution
- All route details must be confirmed during booking - no changes accepted based on website content afterwards
- Drivers cannot modify routes on-the-spot - contact our office for any discrepancies
- Complaints regarding places not visited will not be entertained if not confirmed during reservation
